"When we were looking for someone to actively walk our mischievous two 6 month old Boxer puppies we were looking for someone who could be firm and at the same time give them the fun, love and excitement that they wanted. Natalie rose to the challenge and has given them so, so much more. Molly and Sandy eagerly await her arrival at lunchtimes constantly listening for the sound of the car door and as a result they have excellent socialisation skills and we can take them anywhere.
Natalie is caring, flexible and very reliable, even in the snow! Nothing is too much trouble for her and we are able to go to work knowing they are well looked after.

“I would highly recommend Natalie as a carer for pets – not only has she been walking Charlie, my English Springer Spaniel for about 1 year, she also has him for the odd “sleep-over”. Leaving Charlie in Natalie’s care enables me to feel completely relaxed that he’s well looked after, socialised with other dogs and has an active walk whilst I’m at work. Natalie also helped us enormously with training Charlie – he’s a completely loveable dog but did have a tendency to be quite boisterous and at times a little aggressive with other dogs. Natalie worked with him tirelessly and within a few months there was a huge change in his behaviour. Charlie is now a well-adjusted, still loveable, well behaved dog who I feel comfortable with in any situation, thanks to Natalie’s help.

I would, without doubt, recommend Natalie to anyone wishing to make their animals life easier when being left alone or even for some assistance in training. We really appreciated and valued the advice Natalie gave to us so very often, and with Biscuit being our first puppy, we really needed her valuable, and quite clearly, experienced advice.
I personally believe that our most valued achievement out of the months Natalie looked after biscuit was that other customers trusted her, as did we, to let her bring dogs over to our house and play with biscuit. This has helped him so much with socialisation and as he is getting older, we can see the huge impact this has had on him.
Unfortunately we had to move away and out of the area covered by Chilled Dogs, and Natalie is truly missed... Saying that, I have one more favour to ask: Please can you move to Hook???"
